Damage goods 

I take Great care in Packaging the ceramics as much as possible. Each piece is carefully wrapped using ECO-friendly packaging that is kind to our environment. In the unfortunate event where goods arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24hrs of receipt.

Colours

Please note that due to the different settings in computer monitors as well as firing results the colours might vary slightly from what you see on your computer screen. If you need any further clarification, please contact me before ordering.

Returns policy

Fortunately we can't do refunds because you have changed your mind, only for damaged or faulty goods.

Return goods

Please contact me on email foxeystudio@email.com to start the process of returning your goods. If your return is accepted, I will send you a confirmation email. After approving your return you have 14 days to return the goods in the same condition as it came to you via same box, good carefully wrapping, good support in the box.

Posting 

FREE SHIPPING for domestic orders over $155 

If you don't receive your parcel within a reasonable time frame, please contact me so I can immidietly investigate. 

Foxey Studio will dispatch it within 1-2 working days. 

I currently post with Australia via Australia Post and Sendle courier

Domestic Australia Post & Sendle should take 12 days to dispatch.
